About the Quiz Competition

Young people and communities across the world are being invited to participate in the “Nature Needs You” Global Awareness Quiz organized by Climate Cardinals – UYC India Chapter. The quiz has been launched ahead of World Environment Day 2026 and is open to participants from all countries and age groups.

Participants interested in the global collage may share their photo through google form on email.

About Climate Cardinals – UYC India Chapter

Climate Cardinals is a global youth-led nonprofit working to translate and spread climate knowledge across languages and borders so that environmental information becomes accessible to everyone. To commemorate 70 years of dedicated service by the Directorate of Enforcement (ED) and to promote greater awareness about its role in safeguarding the nation’s financial integrity, the Directorate of Enforcement, in collaboration with MyGov, invites citizens and students to participate in the “Online Quiz on ED Day.”

This quiz aims to familiarise participants with the evolution, mandate, and key functions of ED—from its establishment in 1956 to its present-day role in enforcing laws related to foreign exchange management and combating money laundering under FEMA, PMLA, and FEOA. It will also highlight ED’s contributions in addressing economic offences, preventing illicit financial flows, and strengthening India’s legal and financial systems.

Through this quiz, participants will gain insights into the importance of financial vigilance, transparency, and accountability, while understanding the critical role played by enforcement agencies in upholding the rule of law and protecting national interests.

Indian Knowledge Systems (IKS) Division under the Ministry of Education, in collaboration with MyGov, hosting a monthly national-level quiz to increase public awareness and engagement with India’s traditional knowledge heritage. The Indian Knowledge System holds a rich legacy in the fields of mathematics and astronomy. Ancient scholars like Aryabhata, Bhaskara II, and Varahamihira made remarkable contributions that shaped scientific understanding across the world. Concepts such as the invention of zero, the decimal system, and early insights into planetary motion originated in India and continue to influence modern science. 8. Employees, directly or indirectly connected with organizing the quiz, are not eligible to participate in the quiz. This ineligibility also applies to their immediate family members. / क्विज़ के आयोजन से प्रत्यक्ष या अप्रत्यक्ष रूप से जुड़े कर्मचारी, क्विज़ में भाग लेने के पात्र नहीं हैं। यह अयोग्यता उनके परिवार के सदस्यों पर भी लागू होती है।
9. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Ministry of Education and MyGov reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions of the competition at any time or cancel the competition as considered. / अप्रत्याशित परिस्थितियों की स्थिति में, शिक्षा मंत्रालय और माईगव के पास प्रतियोगिता के नियमों और शर्तों में किसी भी समय संशोधन करने या प्रतियोगिता को रद्द करने का अधिकार है।

The Income Tax Act, 2025 marks a historic milestone in India’s direct taxation framework by replacing the Income Tax Act, 1961 with a clearer, simpler, and more modern law. • The organizers reserve all rights to disqualify or refuse the participation of any participant if they deem participation or association of any participant detrimental to the quiz. The participation shall be void if the received information is illegible, incomplete, damaged, false, or erroneous.
• Income Tax Department and MyGov will not accept any responsibility for entries that are lost, are late or incomplete or have not been transmitted due to computer error or any other error beyond the organizer’s reasonable control. 6. Participants need to have a regular check on the content for all the updates. / प्रतिभागियों को सभी अपडेट के लिए कॉन्टेंट की नियमित जांच करनी होगी।
7. The Ministry of Education and MyGov will not accept any responsibility for entries that are lost, are late, incomplete or have not been transmitted due to computer error or any other error beyond the organizer’s responsibility. / शिक्षा मंत्रालय और माईगव उन प्रविष्टियों के लिए कोई ज़िम्मेदारी स्वीकार नहीं करेंगे जो खो गई हैं, देर से सबमिट की गई हैं, अधूरी हैं या कंप्यूटर त्रुटि या आयोजक की ज़िम्मेदारी से परे किसी अन्य त्रुटि के कारण प्रेषित नहीं हो पाईं हैं।
8. The participants shall abide by all the terms and conditions of the quiz competition, including any amendments or further updates. / प्रतिभागियों को क्विज़ प्रतियोगिता के सभी नियम और शर्तों का पालन करना होगा, जिसमें कोई भी संशोधन या आगे के अपडेट शामिल हैं।
9. The decision of the IKS Division, Ministry of Education and MyGov on the Quiz shall be final, and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the same. / क्विज़ पर माईगव का निर्णय अंतिम और बाध्यकारी होगा और इसके संबंध में कोई पत्राचार नहीं किया जाएगा।All disputes/ legal complaints are subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi only. Expenses incurred for this purpose will be borne by the parties themselves. / सभी विवाद/कानूनी शिकायतें केवल दिल्ली के अधिकार-क्षेत्र के अधीन हैं। इस उद्देश्य के लिए किए गए खर्चे पार्टियों द्वारा खुद वहन किए जाएंगे।
10. By participating in the Quiz, the participant accepts and agrees to be bound by the above-mentioned terms and conditions. / क्विज़ में भाग लेकर, प्रतिभागी ऊपर बताए गए नियमों और शर्तों को स्वीकार करता है और उनसे बाध्य होने के लिए सहमत होता है।
11. Organiser's reserves the right to cancel or amend all or any part of the Quiz and/ or the Terms & Conditions/ Technical Parameters/ Evaluation Criteria. However, any changes to the Terms & Conditions/ Technical Parameters/ Evaluation Criteria, or cancellation of the Contest, will be updated/ posted on the platform. / आयोजकों के पास क्विज़ और/या नियम और शर्तें/तकनीकी पैरामीटर/मूल्यांकन मानदंड के सभी या किसी भी हिस्से को कैंसिल करने या उसमें बदलाव करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित है। हालांकि, नियम और शर्तों/तकनीकी मापदंडों/मूल्यांकन मानदंडों में किसी भी बदलाव या प्रतियोगिता को कैंसिल करने पर, इसके बारें में प्लेटफ़ॉर्म पर अपडेट/पोस्ट किया जाएगा। The terms and conditions henceforth shall be governed by Indian laws and the judgments of the Indian judicial system. / अब से नियम और शर्तें भारतीय कानूनों और भारतीय न्यायिक प्रणाली के निर्णयों द्वारा शासित होंगी।

About the Quiz Competition

Once the quiz form is submitted, the E-Certificate will be sent to the participant’s registered Email ID. Participants are requested to enter a valid and correct email address while filling the form. The certificate will include Name, Designation / Role, and College/Institution Name as provided in the registration form.
