Santhome Innovators Program (SIP) 2025 is a prestigious hands-on training aimed at providing students with real-world exposure in Digital Media, Communication, Management, and Technology. This program will quip candidates to develop essential professional skills, enhance their portfolio, and engage in meaningful academic and community-focused projects, preparing them for future career opportunities in their chosen fields.

Focus Areas

• CSR, Outreach & Engagement: Assist with alumni relations, community campaigns, and college events.
• Media, Communication & Digital Marketing: Contribute to content creation, photography, video editing, and social media strategy.
• Management & Research: Support research documentation, innovation cell coordination, and reporting.
• Technical & Data Analysis: Work on WordPress CMS, data dashboards, and IT support.

Eligibility : Final-year students and recent graduates from relevant disciplines including BBA, B.Com, BA (Economics), BSW, Mass Communication, Multimedia, BCA, B.Tech, and B.Sc (IT/Data Analytics).
